What I fix

Six versions of the same problem

Almost every Google Business Profile call is one of these. Find yours.

01

Someone else controls your listing

A former employee, an old marketing company, or whoever built your site five years ago. You can't edit your own hours, photos, or phone number. I run the ownership-recovery process and get the keys back in your hands.

02

Your profile is suspended

It vanished from Maps and Google won't say why. Suspensions come from fixable causes — address setup, a keyword-stuffed name, the wrong category. I find the actual cause, fix it, then file the reinstatement properly.

03

You don't have one yet

If you're not on the map, you don't exist to the person searching "near me" from their truck. I build it right the first time: correct category, real service area, verified, and complete.

04

You're listed but never show up

Ranking for your own name means nothing. Showing up for what you actually do is about category, services, completeness, photos, and reviews. That's the work that fills the calendar.

05

You need more reviews

Reviews are the biggest single lever on local ranking, and most owners are too busy or too polite to ask. I fix the asking part.

06

You want reviews on autopilot

This is the piece nobody else sets up. An automatic text or email right after the job, one tap to your review page. It runs whether you remember it or not — and it compounds every month.

Why it matters

The map pack is the new front door

When someone needs a plumber, a roofer, or a water treatment guy, they don't scroll to page two. They open Maps, look at the three businesses Google shows them, glance at the star ratings, and call one.

That's the whole decision. It happens in about eight seconds, and your website barely factors into it. If your profile is suspended, incomplete, controlled by someone else, or sitting at two reviews while the guy down the street has forty — you're not in that decision at all.

Fixing that is usually the cheapest, fastest marketing work a local business can do. There's no ad spend. It's your listing, and it's already there.

Questions

Straight answers

I can't get into my own Google listing. Can you fix that?
Yes — this is the most common call I get. Someone else claimed the profile years ago: a former employee, a marketing company you fired, or a contractor who set it up and vanished. Google has a formal ownership-request process, and there's a path to force the transfer even when the current owner ignores the request. It usually takes a few days to a few weeks depending on how the original owner responds.
My profile got suspended. Can it come back?
Usually, yes. Suspensions almost always come from something fixable — a service-area setup that looks like a fake address, a name stuffed with keywords, a category mismatch, or too many edits at once. The fix is correcting the underlying issue first, then filing the reinstatement with the right documentation. Filing an appeal without fixing the cause is how people get permanently denied.
I don't have a profile at all. Is it too late?
Not at all, and it's free to create. The bigger job is doing it right the first time — correct primary category, real service areas, verified ownership, and complete information. A profile built properly from day one avoids most of the suspension and ranking problems people call me about later.
I show up when I search my own name, but not for what I do. Why?
Searching your own business name is not a real test — Google knows it's you. Ranking for what you actually do ("water treatment Sugar Land," "roofer near me") depends on your primary category, your services, your review volume and recency, and how complete your profile is. That's the optimization work, and it's usually where the money is.
Can you help me get more reviews without nagging people?
That's the part I like best. I set up an automated request that goes out by text or email right after you finish a job, while the customer is still happy — with a one-tap link straight to your review form. No clipboard, no awkward ask, no remembering. Steady reviews are the single biggest lever on local ranking.
What areas do you cover?
Houston and the surrounding area — including Champions and Willowbrook (77069, 77070), Spring, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, and Fort Bend County. Most of this work is done remotely, so location is rarely a limitation.
